I'm not sure if the people writing these reviews are even actual residents.... My boyfriend and I moved here in August and have had NOT ONE issue AT ALL!! We have a "classic" unit. All the issues I addressed on my move-in checklist have been addressed. Management even agreed to re-glaze my bathtub because I was unhappy with its appearance. I have made two maintenance requests since I've been here and BOTH were addressed within 24 hours-the SAME day actually. I haven't experienced the noise that I'm reading about. Yes, the pool was closed early due to vandalism...but it was only 2 days before Labor Day...after which, it would have been closed anyway. My neighbors are great, and, because of my irregular work schedule, I would think I would have experienced all these problems by now. I'm home all different times of day and night. Even with the leasing staff I've had no problems. Nancy(the leasing manager) stayed at work late for me the day I brought my deposit in because I was caught in traffic...without complaint. I read a review where someone said they didn't feel safe at night which had me a little afraid when i first moved here but I have never felt any fear coming in as late as 11PM sometimes. I really think people need to be a little more realistic when rating their residence. Seriously, we rent! If you want perfection BUY A HOUSE and fix what you need YOURSELF. Or...upgrade to a better unit if you have a problem with your washer and dryer. Get it together people!!! Grow up!!

That's what you think??? Yeah?? Well..I don't if you must know. I have the same affiliation with the leasing staff as every other resident. I don't have an upgraded unit and live on the entry level. So I'm no one special. I just give credit where credit is due. Of course, I don't know you personally or your situation; but if you are one the hateful people who wrote a negative review I do truly feel sorry for you. Maybe I am part of the fortunate few to NOT have had any problems. But, honestly, I have had nothing but good experiences since I've been here. The only complaint I do have is the change to BGE's program. Maybe you should address your concerns with the leasing office directly as I do instead of complaining and you won't have such a bad time. Or...just move.
