Well let me say ..3 months here thus far and I m loving my new place .It s a one bedroom with a den, fully updated kitchen and bathroom, new windows and balcony door. The apt space and layout is very nice, new dishwasher, microwave, fridge, full size washer/ dryer and nice closet and balcony space. Yes home properties are the new owner, the property is called Saddle Brook and I think they are doing a fabulous job. Seems like they are putting a lot of work in this community and its horizon is only looking brighter. I m on the 3rd floor and I have seen no mice, no roaches, and no spiders although I have seen a harmless bug known as a silverfish (nothing shocking). I had a small water stain from when it rained for 3 days but I noticed they were installing new roofs before I moved in and have not made it to my building yet and may I add that they were very quick to fix the issue and they have a 24hr call center with live rep. The area seems safe and friendly, and the staff has been nothing less than great especially Rodney who was my leasing professional and Doug, head of maintenance. In addition, the resident has abundant parking, 24hr weight center, 2 mini play grounds and a seasonal swimming pool which is all included in my rent (no extra stipulations). I can hear if someone is walking up the steps as I could in every other complex I have lived in but have no instances of hearing any disturbing or loud noises/neighbors. It s weird that I have no clue about such previous unhappy ratings of others and I can only give my true opinion thus far which is a 5!!! I even saved $$ on my car insurance and I moved from a very high class neighborhood to be closer to work.
