My relatives live here and I have stayed with them numerous times while visiting. During the summer the air conditioner doesn?t cool any lower than 80 degrees. Maintenance has supposedly fixed it more than a dozen times. It doesn?t cool and the electric bill runs over $300.00. The walls are paper thin and the noise from other apartments is annoying. The water pressure is so low you can hardly get the soap rinsed off. The parking lot is poorly lit and the light in the hallway is burned out regularly. The people in the leasing office are difficult to deal with. The rent is high and the ammenities are nil.
