I?ve lived in the Lakes for 3 years, 2 of which have been in Cinnamon Ridge. I can?t wait to get out! Granted, it is a very spacious apartment but for the amount of rent each month, there are absolutely no amenities. Some of the people in the leasing office are impossible. Expect to have to fill your paper work out atleast more than once before they actually get it right, or can keep track of it. Maintenance is horrible. I can?t think of one thing we have had fixed right the first time. The noise from other tenants is ridiculous, the walls are so thin, its possible to have a conversation between the floors. Don?t expect to get any help from the Hendersen Webb office, they aren?t willing. The only thing this apartment has to offer is the space. Everything else awaiting you will lead to one awful experience.
