I've had a good experience living here. As other reviews have said, the maintenance guys are great. One time I had to call maintenance at 2 in the morning for what turned out to be something very trivial. When we had a bad storm and my apartment suffered some flooding while I was out,(I live on the 2nd floor) by the time I got home, the maintenance guys had already been there, cleaned up, and set up the machines to dry the carpet. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes (usually less) for a response from either maintenance and have always had fast friendly service from the leasing office. And for anyone wanting to play the race card, I am a minority in both ethnicity and gender, so if anyone should expect poor treatment, it would be me.

As far as noise, I might hear my one neighbor playing the bass guitar or when someone may be yelling about some football or basketball game, but, there's no more noise than I would expect living in an apartment. I know I make my share of noise, too. I've never had headlight or street noise issues and my apartment faces both the parking lot and Cranbrook Road.

I had ants once coming down from the apartment over me. When I called, they had Terminix spray both my apartment and the one above me every Friday for three straight weeks to make sure the problem was gone.

I guess everyone's experience is different and there are some much nicer places to live, but, for the money I pay to live here, I would have to say that it is definitely a good value. The spacious rooms, the master bedroom...it's worth it.
