I like the location (near I-83, Food Lion, and other places), I have an awsome view from my deck, pantry (never had one before), and the layout of the apartment is great (ranch style, huge bedrooms, double entry kitchen).

My beefs with the place include: parking (get there before 11pm or not spot for you in the lot), neighbors (new baby upstairs keeps the couple up at night), appliances (never used the trash compactor, the oven and range hood needs updating, no microwave, dishwasher is kinda weak, fridge is good though).
