i agree with arissa. i lived at deertree for a year and a half. it was the worst place that i have ever lived. katrina in the front office is very rude and the rest of the staff seem to hate their job since they are also very unpleasant, to put it nicely. i had problems with neighbors being noisy. they also increased our monthly rent without a timely notice. now lets talk about all the trash EVERYWHERE. not only in the hallways but on the property. there is not enough parking since they don't have parking permits and the college students throw parties every thur, fri, and sat. and the place is so noisy that i could hear every shot from the pool table in the apartment belows us. the people above had 2 kids that sounded like a heard of elephants. when i banged on the ceiling(gently in might add), deertree threatened to evict my room mate and i. and we were the least of their worries. i wont even talk about all the section 8 housing. live here if you like having a clan living next to you in a one bedroom apt.
