I am writing this to let anyone who is considering moving to deertree to not move here. After notifying the office of my intent to move out, an walk through of the apartment was done while I was not there. I was told I had to pay to replace the carpet, which by the way was not new when I moved in and had various stains which were noted upon moving in. That charge was around 300 dollars. About three weeks later, after moving out, I recieved a voucher saying I owed about 670 additional dollars for "additional cleaning and painting". So if you plan to move here, save some money to get out of the contract from hell with these blood suckers. Also not to mention, the noise was ridiculous. There was section 8 housing next door to us consisting of probably 5 kids no older than 18 who constantly verbally harassed my one of my roomates. Cars are constantly being broken into. Oh yeah, and some girl was mugged at knifepoint in the parking lot outside my aparment.
