Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I lived at deertree for almost yrs. At first loved it. Was beautiful natural wood everywhere,even though office held has always been a little rude. Now the place is going down hill. The basic upkeep is neglected complaints go un heard,had a broken light in laundry room and leaky pipe for months.Section 8 has come in and kids are unruley. Did not move here to pay high prices for inner city troubles.neighbors are nice though,some office people o.k. but have to agree they do seem to not like to deal with people supier acting if you will. just not great any more rent is increased every year pretty much and not worth it anymore.
