Sent a bill after vacating stating that I owned money in addition to my security deposit for cleaning, replacing doors and replacing carpet. The carpets were in better shape when I left then when I moved in. They were professionally cleaned before vacating. No idea why they replaced the doors.

Parking was extremely limited. Office is rude and unwilling to respond to problems. Community is noisy and at times unsafe. Not worth the price they charge.
