Not worth the money...

The walls are paper-thin. The hot water is spotty at best, but the pressure is good. The rent increases greatly each year. The rental staff is not friendly. Maintenance is quick; however, we have had a few problems with them. Once they broke a halogen light bulb in the kitchen and didn't tell us. My roommate ended up getting badly cut by a piece of broken glass. The swimming pool is very nice. I would not live there again if given the choice.
