The apartments weren't horrible, but getting out of the lease was a -----. I wanted to end it early, and was told I needed to pay the remainding 6 months rent, so I stayed and when I left the bloodsucking bastards kept my entire deposit and I was charged $50 for "heavy oven cleaing" even though I used the oven twice and $50 for "heavy fridge cleaing". They also tried to charge me $800 for carpet replacement. READ THE LEASE CAREFULLY
And "pet rent" what is this --------, an extra $50 a month!! That's what.

Pet rent is ony $15 a month and that is standard from any apartment community. When a person puts in the required 30 day notice to vacate a list of items will be sent to them to make them aware of the move out procedures. That list includes makeing sure the apartment and all of the appliances are cleaned before move out. The procedures are very clear that if the home is left unclean there will be a charge.
