DONT LIVE HERE! We Hated. I never live in a place where there were MICE MICE MICE Everywhere. Its not worth it, this apartment complex is for the Birds. It was so bad that neighbors were complaining about Mice being on the stove! We had a problem everyday with mice since I live here there had been ten mice in two weeks that were killed by traps. If you ride through the parking lot look at the the buildings they have traps that looks like rocks, Deertree is no place to call home

Deertree is great because they offer free extermination every Tuesday if a resident has experienced a problem. After speaking with the exterminator personally it was noted that pet owners should make sure to pick up behind there pets each time they are walked because it will contribute to the pest/vermon problems. Deertree is very proactive and offer preventative extermination services.

WOW, look at Deertree???s response! They don't know how to spell "vermin" and they incorrectly used "THERE" as in "there pets" when the correct usage is "Their". Deertree's rent is high enough that I am sure they can afford an educated office staff. I wouldn't want an employee like this representing my company!

and i love how they respond to every single negative thing people say. there is an overwhelming amount of people on here complaining about mice, so obviously their free extermination is not working too well. thanks, i will not be living here. not only that the staff sounds so defensive! i wonder what would happen if i needed repairs done in my home?
