As of Aug. 6, 2005, there are two registered sex offenders living in the Deertree Apartments. Check it out at www.nsopr.gov (National Sex Offenders Registry) and key in zip code 21030.

Each resident that resides at Deertree will go through the same application process. If they qualify and are approved they are welcome to live at Deertree. Federal and State fair housing laws are enforced. Please refer to the Fair Housing Act for further information on specific protected classifications.
