Don't move into Deertree unless you enjoy living in the ghetto. Because that's 90% of the resident population. We lived in a "townhouse" below someone else's townhouse. First off there was seven people who lived in the house. Did Deertree do anything about it' No. Second, the bastards we're up ALL NIGHT LONG, stomping about and yelling at the top of their lungs. Did Deertree do anything about that' No again. Third they had this organ. Yeah that's right an organ. A piece of furniture that the lease agreement specifically says residents are not allow to have. Did they do anything about that' No way. So we have enough of it. We moved out three months before our lease was up. They've ccalled me about the rent but they wont see a red cent from me. F*ck them. Yeah I broke the lease agreement...but they also broke the lease agreement which says that residents are entitled to "peaceful and quiet enjoyment" And let me tell you there was no peaceful or quiet enjoyment. What did they expect me to do' Not sleep at night' And if that's not enough to convince you NOT to live there. Let me mention the kids who smoke dope on the playground almost everynight. I called Kim the manager over there about the situation. Did they ever do anything'....I'll let you answer that one for yourself. Oh yeah and let's not forget about the pizza guy who was robbed at gunpoint. But hey if you like the ghetto...go right ahead and move in. F*ck Deertree.

Management met with all residents of both homes to come to a mutual agreement/understanding, we followed up on numerous occassions, offered to transfer residents to other homes. Please note that this resident lived at Deertree for more than one year and never shared any concerns until recently. As stated before Deertree is very pro-active in trying to find resolutions to any and all situations that may occur in and around the community when residents bring them to our attention. This resident di not do that.

Screw that! If that was me in this person's position... and I was the one on the BOTTOM floor, NOT making noise... Why should I be the one to have to move ALL OF MY Belongings ALL OVER AGAIN to another home? Why not make THEM move since they were making all the noise and causing all the problems. There's nothing worse than having an abnormally, NOISY neighbor. What do you have to say about that, deertree1?

In this type of situation both residents would be offered the option to transfer. In this particular situation neither resident was being reasonable in this situation.

Well if these reviews were "completely untrue" then why are there so many similar reviews?? My boyfriend lived at Deertree for 8 years and it was great in the beginning but he saw the decline right before his eyes. Section 8, "move to opportunity people", whatever. He was not living there when there were 10 -------- in one bedroom apartments. So Illegal immigrants I guess are something new.

If *I* was the person writing this review and lived below stomping partiers with a freaking ORGAN I would break my lease too. The stompers should have been evicted period. ORGANS do not make great neighbors. Interesting how this site does not allow the word (starting with M) that describes people from "South of the Border".

I think this review is quite hilarious and Im so glad that I didnt move there. My roommate wanted to force me to move there cause she heard it was cheaper but its not worth it. You have to carry bags and bags of laundry to the laundry room and wait around for washers and dryers, not to mention pay in quarters which would lose anyway. I moved into Century with a NEW roommate and I love it!

funny too, i had the same issue, we gave almost 2 years, the first year, the management was helpful, very much so......the second......not so much.....between partiers upstairs (when not partying, when they argue ABOVE THE BEDROOM AT 1 AM about a phone bill where we could recite the phone # in question back!) and townhouses just outside the bedroom with gaggles sitting and drinking outside til all hours.....and my roomie actually CALLED the gals to shut up (phone # listed) WE were evicted(for 'harrassment), claiming our # was on their ID....funny, my # had been unpublished for years......interesting to see nothing's changed, didn't have bugs then, maybe ONE mouse which got taken care of....but they cater to the partiers........despite visits by police WE DIDN"T EVEN CALL ABOUT.....our other neighbors did.....
