I beg to differ, this information DOES help people in rating this apartment. It helped me make my decision NOT to move in here.

Perhaps I didn't make my point clear enough.
My point was that there are sex offenders almost everywhere. Look it up right now and I bet you'll find that you have some living nearby right now. Its gross but theres almost nothing you can do about it and dwelling on it doesn't help much either.
