Great - if you are a YUPPY

Nice location, safe neifgborhood, great local schools and dining.
Comlex has a gym, pool, sauna, tennis etc...
They will let you paint...
Many dog owners, but also much dog-poop on the lawns.
No aasigned parking, and one of our neighbors ran a freaking TAXI cab service from our parking lot!
I worked late hours and often walked from several buildings away, where I had finally found a parking space.
Maintainence was spotty, at best. While we lived there a chunk of gutter fell off, and the siding was rotting away. INstead of fixing it, the covered the wood siding with new vinyl. The old problems are still under there....
Each unit has its own washer/dryer - from 1972!
Realllllly annoying closet doors. We finally just took the off completely.
Annoying "safety" lights in yard areas go on and off all night. Buy good curtains.
Oh, and they raised our rent two years in a row, and from our observations on our less-finacially blessed neighbors, they will aggressively evict you for late rent.
Rent was actually fairly low for the area, but still too high.
