If I can stop just one person from making such a huge mistake then I will be happy. This place has bugs and mice and staff does little to nothing to fix. THere aren't enough electrical outlets. The walls have been painted over so many times they are cracked. Only one working phone jack. They must not do any background checks as each new set of tenants are worse and worse with the parties and the lack of security. Cars get vandalized, rottweillers run free, it's bad. The maintenance does a good job but they need more help with all the repairs they have to do. Mgmt offers no restitution even if it takes them weeks to make repairs. They find ways to over-charge with a bait and switch method. They offer a pool and state of the art fitness center. THey really belong to the complex across the street. Fitness center has one working treadmill and that is it. Hunt Club people are continually not allowed in the pool on weekends - only for the residents of the complex who actually own the pool. Hunt Club people are the biggest frauds out there. Never never never move here!
