Not the best decision... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived here for 2 years now and I can't wait to leave. Definately pick your floor wisely if you do move here. We lived on the third floor of the building and we had BATS. Maintenance has YET to do anything about it either. So we lay awake night listening to the nasty bats scratch our bedroom walls...eww! Parking is HORRIBLE. I feel bad for the handicapped drivers...people don't care and park in their reserved spaces...so rude! Some of my friends had some sewage problems, so they were moved to another apartment on the same first floor in another building. A couple of months later, they are renting the apartment out to someone new! Last summer, our air conditioner crapped out and we called emergency maintenance (this is like 9pm on a Friday!). Well they didn't think that it was an emergency that our apartment was a little over 120 degrees and made us wait until MONDAY. In fact, they didn't even page the on call person or anything! I can't wait to move outta this place for good... Someone was just stabbed outside of our building last month, too. The blood is still trailing from the parking lot into the building! groossssss...
