I have been living at Hunt Club for almost 4 years in 2 different apartments and are very satisfied with the place.

Pros: Location (walking distance to grocery, banks, couple of bars).
May be the only complex to allow pets in the area. Good rent.
Staff always responsive (even at odd hours, and holidays). Well-maintained landscaping and grounds.
Washer/dryer in unit.

Cons: Often run out of parking at night.
Long-leggers and spiders. Had them at both apartments. Extermination did not help.

It seems that at Hunt Club a lot depends on the building you live in. Make sure you live on the sunny side of a building. Some buildings are predominantly populated by college students and some by families and working adults.
