Seems like there are mixed reviews of this place. I will say that the place is about average. I lived in Deertree before and it was cheaper and larger living space.
The parking at Hunt Club is never a problem.
The kitchen area is tiny and if you have more than one person trying to use it at the same time it feels crowded. The ceilings squeak sooo lound whenever someone simply walks around above you. That is probably the biggest con living here. Kitchen sink clogs a lot but maint requests have always been handled timely. There have been quite an assortment of neighbors but none have really been a problem. Electric bills are always low because of the free gas. having a washer/dryer is nice.
