I have lived here for about 3 years and plan to move SOON! The maintenace dept is extremely under staffed and the leasing office is unresponisve to most problems, even if you manage to get them to answer the phone. When it snows, forget about it. The parking lots do not get plowed and the sidewalks never get cleared which Hunt Club doesn't seem to care that it's illegal. The buildings are not properly maintained and the rent is ridicously raised every year.
