Some good things and some not so good

Pros:
1.Accessibility by walk to groceries, food, school, bus
2.Water and gas included in rent, no extra bucks than amount on lease
3.Gym and pool services borrowed from next apartment
Cons:
1. No stopping of sound between apartments, walls and carpets are thin.
2. You can hear everything from apartment top of you, people walking, opening doors, flushing toilet, even making love if they are passionate.
3. You got to live with bugs and cockroaches
4. floors are creacky
