These apartments are pathetic. They are run by Henderson-Webb management. The mananger here is P.F. (Pat') Delaney. You won't meet her or learn her first name because she can't be bothered.

We moved here 1 year ago. Since then, we've had numerous problems with mold, insects, power blackouts (7 times), noisy neighbors, and a tree which fell on our car. The aroma is eau' de cat piss.

In fact, a police helicopter frequently orbits the area and we've been told that several people connected with 9/11 were arrested last year in an FBI raid here. When several apartments burned down, the residents were forced to sign leases on the spot, after being evacuated from their buildings.

When it snows, it is impossible to get maintenence out there to shovel it. In fact, it's impossible to get maintenance to help with anything. They don't do weekends, mornings or evenings.

If you value your sanity, do NOT rent apartments here!!!

Henderson-Webb is a joke. I know someone who moved into Rossbroke and there was p00p already in her toilet the day she moved in. What a waste. Forget it Henderson-Webb!

I moved into Barrett's Delight and there was urine in my toilet when I moved in!
