I moved from NJ to MD last August and Lakecrest is the first apartment complex I have ever lived in. (Specifically, I am in Lakeview on Sunnylake Place). I have had no problems. Lakecrest is in a great location, there is ample parking, the neighbors are very quiet and respectful, and I have never once been concerned about my safety. When I have called in repairs, it has taken the maintenance staff anywhere from a day to a week to come fix the problem. I consider it very good service; people who complain that the service isn't quick enough need to understand that there are other residents in the complex besides themselves. I would continue to live here but I can no longer afford a one-bedroom on my own. By the way, the one-bedroom apartment is very spacious! Overall, a wonderful choice!

Try Deertree, they have 24 hour Emergeny Maintenance! It's really great!

Psh. Move to Deertree if you want to get stabbed. Full of Section 8 hoodlums. Nothing but city trash.
