The apartments are nice, and that's about it. Management is terrible! Please be advised they will not fix anything no matter how many times you call! My bathroom ceiling has been leaking for a month and the property manager wants to install a splash guard on my tub. How dumb, or cheep can you be' All they care about is getting their rent on time!

I lived in 2 different Henderon Webb apartments for 3 years total and though the maintenance could be a little slow at the time they were usually very helpful. We complained about mold in the shower mainly so we wouldn't get charged when we moved out, so they came and tore out all the tiles and gave us new ones! They'd even go beyond what you requested- screen door off track, they gave us a totally new one b/c it didn't slide nicely!
The noise was never much of a problem, grounds were always kept beautifully (and we did not live near the model- totally different section of the complex so that's not why) and I always felt very safe there- especially with the locking front building door.
