This apartment was probably the best I have lived in thus far. I lived there for 2 years and never had any major issues. I was on the third floor and I rarely ever heard my neighbors. It was always very quiet and I always felt safe there. The only issue I can say is that my dishwasher leaked out under the floor in the kitchen and under the carpet in the hallway, and it would stop working periodically. Every time I would call, they would come out and fix it temporarily and it would eventually stop working again. Other than that, maintenance was always very prompt and friendly. I even locked myself out of my apartment one time and they didn't charge me to let me back in. Another negative is that the windows are super cheap, causing my BGE bill to go through the roof in the winter time. I'm sure if you got some plastic to cover the windows in the winter, it wouldn't be as bad. Overall though, this apartment was great for the price. I only moved to be closer to work and I'm very sorry I did.
