So many problems

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This place is so cheap. I've had the toilet break 3 times, so have three of my neighbors. The ground is rotting. The windows not secure, my daughter fell from the 2nd story. The dishwasher never worked. The building next to me burned down. The Laundry facility also did, and when it was open, only 2 of the 6 washers and dryers ever worked. The carpet and everything in the place is so cheap and really not safe.
