A Renter's NIGHTMARE

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Rental agents lied and were deceptive.
There is no sound insulation, when the people below you talk at normal it still seems like they are on your sofa. No thermal barriers at windows and door- $151 one month utility bill while freezing in bedroom and only 68 degrees in living room (for a small one bedroom apt.)

Sect 8 (low income) can be & is placed next to you- deal with that 24 hours by 7
RENTER'S NIGHT MARE - BEWARE !!!!!!!!
