I moved into a private entrance studio apartment on the bottom floor of the bldg. It was actually my first time living in an apt on my own... From this experience, I wouldn?t recommend living in a studio at Rossbrooke ever. The management was nice and professional, but there were bugs (lots of silver fish especially). LOTS of BUGS... Maintenance had to come out several times b/c there were so many bugs in and around my apt. I actually stopped sleeping there b/c I was so afraid of all of the bugs. Bees would even attack me when I opended the door to go outside. The worst place you could live is on the bottom level with a private entrance outside b/c there are lots of trees and land which attracts bugs, which may have been why I had such a problem. I never used the laundry room either b/c it was poorly kept. Henderson-Webb allowed me to transfer to another apt. after 6 months of living here. Needless to say it wasn?t on the bottom level, it wasn?t a studio, and it wasn?t at Rossbrooke. I moved to Reflection Knoll which has been a FAR BETTER experience than the one I had at Rossbrooke.
