I have a water leaking/flooding problem from the apartment above me. The water was coming from the shower/tub after the tenant had showered/bathed. This went on for a month and a half sporadically and is currently a problem. I have placed over 20 maintenance calls, some of which were emergency maintenance calls. I was lied to repeatedly and was told that the tenant above me was getting water on the floor. Two gallons! My hair is not blonde, no offense, just trying to make a point.
Furthermore, my first day at the apartment I noticed that there was what appeared to be a rust stain. I found out approximately two weeks later that it was dried stool...stained. I couldn't fathom that this could be a possiblity. Much much more...a living hell!
