I lived here 3 1/2 years. It was great for a student like I was because it was cheap, but it really went downhill as I lived there. The parking lot was dark and often the sight of fights/ drug deals, not of residents but idle high school students from across the street. The apartment was stark but comfortable, but the appliances were very old and falling apart. Handles fell off fridge, DW broke several times. Very noisy, I spent many nights up listening to my neighbors. Maintainence was the worst- I went w/o hot water on and off for almost 1 month, it took many complaints and a threatened lawsuit to repair. Building was left dirty, particularly by one family of many that lived in a 1 BR upstairs. Very difficult to deal with management.
