I get so sick of hearing people complain about living in apartments. Big deal you had some spiders and centipedes and could hear your neighbors sometimes. Its called apartment living, buy a house! How quickly we forget that we don't have to mow the grass, shovel the sidewalks or do the maintenance. These are the reasons I choose to do the apartment thing. I have lived in both apartments and owned my own home. The rent here is very reasonable, if I wanted the best money could buy then I sure wouldn't be living next to neighbors like the ignorant people who have written these stupid reviews. It's a shame people always want to write the negative and never the positive, I hope these people don't have children. I came on this site to give a nice first impression to new renters. Just remember, don't believe everything you read. It was a very nice apartment you get what you pay for.
