In my private entrance studio apartment roaches appeared everywhere, and I know it wasn't me, because they always stayed by the door and I don't live in filth. Basically a low income apartment complex with losers everywhere. If I wasn't in college and broke I wouldn't have stayed there long. Rent was only $470/month. The guy above me NEVER sat down and all I heard ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT was this idiot walking around. Poor landscaping, filthy parking lots, hoodlum kids walking around everywhere, 16 year olds pushing strollers. I constantly had to keep the blinds closed and never got any light because I felt like I was on Baltimore street everyday (you know, by the strip clubs)!!!!! When my parents came to see me they actually asked if it was okay to leave the car on the parking lot (would it get stolen....)!! Need I say more'

THe only good things I can say about the place was cheap a/c/heat and plenty of closet space for one person. I could pretty much always park close too. Although roaches were constantly coming in, if I had an apartment with a common entrance and had to live with the filth that lived in the building I would not have lasted a year.

Leasing agents are deceitful as well. They told me that the only way to determine my deposit amount was to sign the lease!!! This was between $100 and 2 months rent!! Needless to say, I started walking out and they agreed to $100.

By the way, I moved to another Henderson Webb apartment and my neighbor told me she used to live in Rossbrooke and someone got killed there!!! Police constantly drive through. Stay away unless you're a drug dealer!!!!
