I have been living here for 5 months and so far everything has been ok. I rent a 2 bedroom townhome. I like having my parking space right in front of my home. I like the way the landscape keeps my front lawn. My child has made a lot of frineds. I have not seen any ghetto-type situations. There are a few homes that have teenage boys that want to portray that "ghetto boy video image" but they are kids they are trying to find themselves. The only thing I dont like is the thin walls, I can hear the neighbors behind me walking up their stairs and it makes me think someone is in my home. I did expereince the case of the field mice, but you have to make sure you stay on top of maintenance if they miss a weekly visit, now im not dirty at all the neighbors next door were evicted and so I guess the mice had to have somewhere to go. I find it is very private out here, Im from nyc so this very quiet because I have seen worse areas. I wish the patio area on the homes were a little larger, but I enjoy grilling out everynight. Only wished there was a pool around here for the kids to go to...
I would recommend renting a townhome here, I dont know anything about the apts.
