i lived in rossbrooke for two years on breezy hill ct. during that time i experienced MANY problems. right across the street are townhomes where a lot of section 8 is and on several occasions i would be awoken in the middle of the night by people screaming and yelling, fighting, loud music, people from the townhomes making disturbances in general. several times i called the police because of the sound of breaking glass and extremely loud music, and they were slow to respond or did not respond at all. one of my neighbors pushed me in the parking lot when i was four months pregnant and i ended up filing assault charges against her. the walls are also paper thin, and if you have a normal conversation in the living room anyone out in the hallway can hear what you are talking about. also, the person above me had a young child who would run back and forth, which sounded like elephants running around from one floor below in my apt. throughout the entire time i lived in rossbrooke i heard from other residents tales of cars being broken into on a regular basis. one night when i came home i had to dodge a drunk kid passed out laying in the middle of the street. there was also an incident in which residents called to report noise coming from an empty apartment, and upon looking inside police seized a large amount of heroin, gelcapsules, cash, and firearms. this is why people call rossbrooke the 'ghetto of cockeysville.' needless to say, you can find a nicer place to live, TRUST ME!!

I lived in Rossbrooke for a year in 2006. I lived there by myself a 23 year old white college student. I had no problems with violence or crime. I felt perfectly safe there. The smell of mexican or indian food greated me at my door from neighboors cooking. Across the street I had two friends living in the townhomes and they were two females the same as me. They were probably the noise of parties you heard. yes the walls were a little thin, but its a cheap apartment, every aprartment building i've lived in has been like that. parking was ample. I think the bad reviews come from racist people who are afraid to be near people that dont look like them and I think that's sad
