I've lived at Rossbrooke for about 3 years & have had no major complaints. Maintenance comes promptly, the walls are nearly soundproof, the only issues with vermin are when new tenants move in (what can you do'). The staff is always readily available, wish I never left! I highly recommend these apts.

I don't know what building you lived in.. but it takes me WEEKS to get anyone out to my townhome to get anything fixed. My overly noisy neighbors not only brought with them FOUR children [into a two bedroom, i might add] but lots of roaches.

I agree with No problems. We lived there for sereral years and loved it. A few problems with ants and bees but maintenance was great. Maria at the rental office was as sweet as could be, very helpful!

I have lived in two of Henderson Webb properties and I would have to say based on the construction of these apartments they are not sound proof. I can hear my neighbors on both sides of me and in the hallway; so the walls are thin, and the front door isn't sound proof enough for me. Maintenance responds promptly, doesn't always correct the issue the first time around. What can I say these are inexpensive apartments and townhomes-sometimes you get what you pay for.
