This place is a total dump! My pics should say it all. The front door lock breaks all of the time or the key gets stuck. My window lock does not work properly. The people who work here are absolutely ignorant to everything that is going on around them. The new dishwasher has been broken since Feb. Parking sucks! Maintenance is here when ever they get around to it... and they hardly ever fix anything correctly. They will hire and let pretty much any farm animal live here. I guess you get what you pay for. Thank god our lease is up in Feb! I am actually trying to get out earlier. I will never rent from henderson webb again no matter what! I here every noise from my neighbors in back of me and on both sides. You have no back patio. We got treated like crap by one of the property managers for having a grill outside and told we could get evicted for it. We are NEVER late on rent and we live where a bunch of kids kick balls and hit everyones cars and houses. I will not let my daughter play outside because you never know what she will find and pick up. Our neighbors have such loud systems and alarms in their cars that you are up early and you cannot sleep until late. Please do not move here. I wish I would have known better!

Post the pix! My friend lived there until she moved back to Ohio...I agree with the noise and maintenance issues. There was p00p in her toilet when she moved in. Her upstairs neighbor's tub leaked into her bathroom and they took forever to fix it and she had to deal with some woman's nasty bathwater. YUCK! Good luck to you...I hope you get out soon!

I grew up in this area and Rossbrooke alwasy had a bad rep...but most of Cockeysville is ghetto. Good luck to you!

Car alarms going off and kids playing kick ball don't make an area ghetto. Ignorant people who don't care about where they live do. As far as noisey neighbors are concerned, unless walls are made of concrete, you are going to here loud noises from neighbors at any apartment community you live in. Unless you can afford to pay $1500. or more a month. As far as your window and door are concerned, it is a safety issue. I am sure if you put your concerns in writing and send them to customer service it will be taken care of appropriately.
