Overall good experience

We have live here for about 2 years. We were here during the renovations. The new windows and sliding glass doors are more insulated. The noise factor is high. The walls and floors are thin and the floors do squeak alot. My downstairs neighbor can hear us plainly. However, we are on the top floor and can't hear anything unless the neighbors play their music really loudly. I would recommend living here, but be prepared to pay alot for the rent. The only problem with parking we have is when all the block is rented. Then we have to park in the overflow parking lot up front. Any time we had a problem, the maintanence crew came quickly. Richard is wonderful. He made sure it was done right the first time. The grounds are well lit and the parking lots are in great condition. We have had great dealings with the management. They have tried to help us when they could.
