Steeplechase (Town & Country Apartments)

Mice, Floods, Noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   If you live on the bottom level, expect to be flooded at least once during your one year lease. Management requires two months written notice before you can move out (or two months rent if you break your lease) There is NO insulation between apartments - expect to hear your neighbor's conversations. Steeplechase maintenance is quite enthusiastic and will try to repair your problems to the best of their ability. Outside contractors are by lowest bid and show it. Appliances are new (1 year old) and quite nice. There is a HUGE pest problem - mice in vents, ants under carpets (no roaches however - very strange) There is also a strange mold problem which management is trying to crack down on (at tennent's expense).
