Steeplechase (Town & Country Apartments)

Poorly maintained, overall unpleasant living experience. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   I could not WAIT to move out of T&C apartments. I had more problems than you could imagine. The apartment was not completed when I moved in, and I had to move in all my belongings, and thenm move them around while they replaced carpeting, and painted. Many other issues needed attention as well throughout my 1.3 year there. My bedroom flooded slowly, so I didn't notice until my furniture (antique, inherited from a relative) was rotted. T&C refused to replace/cover the cost of my ruined furniture. I had to take several days off work to stay home while work was completed. I had a flood in my kitchen because the windows were not properly sealed. These were just a couple of the issues I had to deal with. I would not recommend T&C apartments to ANYONE.
