Absolutelt TERRIBLE!!! In the four years I've been living here they have raised my rent $90 more from the original $670. There has been no improvements. Over a year ago they also tacked on a water bill wich is also a ridiculous $30 a month. We get water from the city wich is suppose to be free!!!This place is over thirty years old and showing it. There is NO insulation between apartments so you are living with your neighbor. And you can also hear the people in the next building. They also give you little notice when they are going to come in and do something. Management dosen't listen and they are very snobby. They have also turned off the water a many times to "fix" a problem wich is very inconvenient. This place is highway robbery!!!
