Overall I have to say that my experience has not been bad. I have lived here approxiamtely 1 year now, and in that time numerous improvements to the complex have been made. We recently had all of our sidewalks redone, windows and patio doors replaced with new energy efficient models and I have noticed a difference in heating/cooling costs already. When we moved in we received brand new appliances in the kitchen, and had the carpeting replaced. The neighborhood is very quiet, seems to be a large young professional community. I would recommend T&C to anyone just starting out who is looking for the convenience of living in the Cockeysville area.
