Steeplechase (Town & Country Apartments)

Absolutely terrible experience! Do not recommend living here From: bobbyc Date posted: 2/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002   My experience here has been terrible. Took them almost 6 months to get the ants out of my bedroom closet. The floors and walls are made of cardboard, so you hear absolutely everything and I mean everything! Its even better when summer comes around and the lawn crew starts mowing at 6 am. The don't bother telling you when they do enter your apartment, so after work you end up having something done you didn't know about. Our microwaves broke and we were without them for 2 weeks. I like it even better when they decide to shut off the hot water without notice, mind you, BEFORE WORK! Once my original lease was up, they proceeded to raise my rent practically every 6 months. I will never say a positive thing about this apartment complex. I'm out as soon as possible.
