Love it, but I'm not a millionaire!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I have lived in the complex for about a year, and I absolutely love it in comparison to other apartments on Cranbrook in which I have lived. The space for a one bedroom is perfect, and I have never had a problem with noise. I hear my neighbors now and then, but it's AN APARTMENT, not a house, so what do people expect'''
The maintenence has been helpful, but I have had a problem with the plumbing. One crew member tried to fix my toilet, but months later it still doesn't flush right.
The microwave, washer and dryer, floors, carpeting, windows, patio, and closets are great. I especially love the BUG-free, SAFE, professional and cozy environment.
There is always enough parking, and the snow is always removed promptly. I have really loved it here, although I think it is overpriced for the area considering that the pool is only available for a short time each year and the gym isn't very big. I would say it would be worth it if there wasn't water bill. Despite that, I will continue to live here because I am very happy.
