In 3 years management raised the rent $329 more dollars a month. My apartment has flooding (I am on the bottom level), carpet rot and mold from water leaking between the cinder block walls, do not expect conditions to be repaired, just expect the rent to go up. No insulation between the walls, the sheet rock is only 3/8 inch thick, causing the heat and air condition utility bills to be very high. You have to pay a water bill that is not metered. There is a lot of wild cats the protrol the area, as the mail cats mark your padio. The noise level is very loud, you can hear people going to the bathroom.
