Well...let me see. When I moved in there were numerous things wrong with my apartment which tool several months to fix! The electrical outlets were not even wired correctly which led to several dowzen breaker flips. It was fixed eventually but should have never happened at all. Oh, and don't assume that they checked the smoke detector. I tested mine a few months after I moved in and is wasn't even hooked up! I hooked it up and it still didn't work! There are also numerous things wrong with the development itself.

There has been a HUGE tree that was knocked over during a storm in the spring which is STILL knocked over and hasn't been touched.

There are lighting issues to where it gets VERY dark in certain areas. Several complaints to the management have been ignored.

There is a tremendous speeding problem because there are horrible drivers that live here AND the maintenance people fly around in their trucks. If you take a walk, you are risking your life. There are like 2 speed limit signs that say 10MPH. There have also been several accidents due to speed, a few of them Hit-And-Runs. Complaints to management about this and requests for more enforcement and speed bumps has gone ignored!

Don't forget that ignorance of MANY people in the development to not clean up after their dogs.

Oh...and a friend of mine moved out because they wanted to increase his rent to $1200 this year! He was only there for a year!

OH YEAH! lastly, in the summer if it gets too hot be prepared for the AC to kick your breaker out a few dozen times.

Overall...it is not the absolute worst place in the world...BUT...You are probably too good to live in a place like this. I am...and that is why I moved.
