Lived there for a few years now all my neighbors are friendly, Maintenance has a pretty good turn around period, very quiet community and grounds are kept it good except for the numerous amounts of residents with pets that don't pick up after there dogs which is very rude and nasty and that is not the maintenance guys job it's pet owners job they need to be fined each time they don't pick up after there dogs. The housekeepers that clean the buildings do a great job but the leasing office needs more friendly staff members the leasing agent that was there when I first rented was excellent but she is know longer there some of the women in office need a customer service training session they are the first people you see when shopping for an apartment and there impression is what most people take in consideration of choosing an apartment I've seen atleast 7 different agents since I've been there but all in all Steeplechase is a good community Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
