I have lived at Steeplechase Apartments (former Town & Country Apartments) for 13 years. I got married and asked the business office to place my wife's name on the lease. Management not people friendly told me I would have to reapply and fill out a new application for a lease, pay a 25 dollar application fee and credit check. This is unreasonable, I have lived at this apartment complex for 13 years and I have to pay $25.00 for a credit check to put my wife's name on the least! I have paid the rent on time for 13 years. Management at Steeplechase do not treat long time residents with any respect.
