This is a terrible place to live. When we moved in it was similar to another tennants experience...A NIGHTMARE. My roommate and I are constantly having issues with the front office employees. They are rude and could care less about your problems. We have been here since the beginning of January '07 and each time it has snowed we have been unable to get out of our spots... they really only plow a small portion of the road and they WILL box your cars in. They do not care about their residents at all. When you are just looking as a potenital buyer they treat you like royalty...After your in- its another story. They are extremely unhelpful and quite frankly kind of stupid. They have no idea what they are doing. There is another review on this page called "SteepleChase Blows" that truly sums up our experience as well. Read that- the only difference is- I would NEVER recommend that any one live here...There are better places. We have had just about every problem that those residents have had. I've also heard a lot of our neighbors outside complaining to eachother about rent...and not one of them pay the same amount. They will randomly raise your rent and not the people who live right next you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

As I have said before, we have lived there for almost two years and have never had a problem. They did not raise our rent after the first year, I don't know what will happen this year but all apartments raise rent every year. When it snows, we get cleared out immediately.

you must live near the rental office. took over a week to get the sidewalk cleared here and that was after I fell and was injured and threatened to sue. They hate me now so rent is raised while no one else in the building is having theirs raised.
